When spraying,   the amount of paint is too large, the spraying distance is too close, and the   spraying pressure is too large.

Choose a nozzle   with a suitable caliber, and adjust the appropriate air pressure, spraying   distance, oil output and spraying speed according to the paint requirements.

Uneven paint blending, and paint   viscosity is too high or too low.

Use after mixing   thoroughly, and adjust the amount of diluent added reasonably.

The coating is   too thick.

Reduce the oil   output of the spray gun to speed up the spraying speed and reduce the number   of spraying.

Dry the newly   sprayed paint layer or force it to dry too quickly.

Extend the   flash-off time.

The drying speed   of primer and topcoat is inconsistent, resulting in a dry surface and no dry   inside.

The top coat is   applied after the primer is fully cured.

PU coating   curing agent is added too much, and the drying speed is too fast.

Reasonably   adjust the amount of curing agent added.
