The construction   coating method is not well operated, such as the spraying pressure is lower   than the process range and the spray gun caliber is too large, the spray gun   distance is too close to the surface to be coated, the spraying speed is too   slow, and the spraying is too thick.

Choose a nozzle   with a suitable caliber, and adjust the appropriate air pressure, spraying   distance, oil output and spraying speed according to the paint requirements.

The viscosity of   paint application is low.

Reasonably   adjust the amount of diluent added.

The construction   environment temperature is low, and the paint drying time is long.

Control the   temperature and humidity of the construction environment, and enter the oven   or bake tunnel after painting.

The coating is   too thick to hinder the volatilization of the solvent.

Reduce the oil   output of the spray gun to speed up the spraying speed and reduce the number   of spraying.
